Shippment Policy

All orders will be processed within 24 hours working day after receiving the order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).Orders received after 4 pm EST will process the following business day.  Large volume orders (1,000pcs or above) could potentially need 1 additional day of processing to prepare for shipment.Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  neexgent Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?
1.When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

2.If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it..This is especially important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification.


Pickup/Collection points: 
1.We deliver items to the shipping address specified in the order. In cases where the location is not easily accessible, we inform the customer to meet at the collection point.

2.All orders placed from the neexgentsolar Store require a signature upon delivery, so please plan accordingly.

3.Neexgentsolar Limited will be closed on public holidays and Sundays. Orders placed on these days will not be shipped, but you can still order through the website as usual.
